How to flourish in an age of digital distraction

How to remain productive and happy in an age of digital distraction

How many minutes can you live without checking your phone? How much more would you be able to accomplish if you were not distracted by emails, chats and notifications? Come to learn the recipes for remaining productive and happy in an age of digital distraction. The talk will be presented by entrepreneur, start-up mentor and Huffington Post blogger Anastasia Dedyukhina, who in the middle of a successful international career in digital marketing in London gave up her smartphone to start a digital detox business Consciously Digital. Most clients of the company come from IT and tech background and are looking to achieve a better balance between their online and offline lives. In her speech, Anastasia will share latest neuroscience research on the impact of technology on our brain, will showcase how tech companies create products that influence our behaviour and make us addicted, and share time management and productivity tips to help you regain control over your agenda. The use of devices during the workshop is encouraged ;)
